Refund policy
For items crowdfunded as a group buy we do not provide refunds after the group buy period has ended, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing due to their custom made nature. Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description and our group buy policy before commiting and putting your trust in our projects. In some cases we still may consider a return on individual basis, especially if the production has not started yet.
For in-Stock items our return policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
werk.technica UG (haftungsbeschränkt) will accept returns of new, unpacked, unused, unaltered products in a perfect, re-sellable condition as originally received in their original packaging with your original receipt within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Please keep in mind that we need to receive the items in our facilities within this period. werk.technica UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right to deny the return if those requirements are not met.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. However, in some cases, werk.technica will accept the return of unsealed products depending on their condition with a restocking / repair fee. The restocking / repair fee can vary from 100 EUR to 1200 EUR depending on the case.
Refunds
Please do not send any packages without contacting the Customer Support team first, as every return requires a unique Return number. werk.technica UG (haftungsbeschränkt) can deny a return if it is sent without a Return number.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipping fees of the order returned. In most cases, werk.technica UG (haftungsbeschränkt) will offer a shipping label to return an order, with some minor exceptions for international orders. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the final return total. The refund shipping fees can vary from 15 EUR to 200 EUR depending on the country.
werk.technica UG (haftungsbeschränkt) are not liable for any international and EU taxes and customs duties. If werk.technica is obliged to pay import taxes or customs duties for the order returned, werk.technica has a right to deduct the amount of the taxes or duties paid from the total refund amount.
werk.technica UG (haftungsbeschränkt reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at werk.technica's sole discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
